Dry Cleaning Service
I dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning. I did not need a full archival treatment or anything, just asked them to try to work on the cranberry juice stain on the front. They soaked the silk in some sort of destructive chemical that removed all luster from the fabric and caused some sort of shrivelling to the fiber. The entire dress was ruined. To top it all off, even when I started crying, they refused to give me my money back and required that I speak to the owner. I called four times, and the he never returned my calls. I am heartbroken by this loss and will never patronize this establishment again.
