Bill did the first job, hanging 3 lights. Two of the lights are not remotely square. I asked Bill if there was any way to straighten them, he said he could not. The next visit, Bill and Corey arrived to hang 3 pendant lights over an island. I pre-measured and marked the 3 centered locations on the ceiling. Bill said me "oh, you want them centered?" Who wouldn't want lights over their island centered? They needed more parts to center the lights, so they had to come back later in the week. Bill's lack of knowledge as to what parts he should have brought to begin with resulted in me having to pay Bill and Corey for 2 hours ($110/hr) plus mileage for Bill's mistake, even though they were going to another job in my town anyway that day. Corey was a pro, he showed up with the exact right materials and aced the job. Bill took a back seat and did gopher chores, while also being taught by Corey how to do the job properly. After all was said and done, I paid $815.53 for 3 pendant lights to be hung. On top of that, Bill's first visit, doing a mediocre job of hanging 3 lights, cost $353.64, so it cost me $1,169.17 to hang 6 lights. Corey is skilled and knowledgable, but with Bill, you pay the same as Corey for a glorified helper.

Mr. Nichols and his son were extraordinary. They were punctual and professional. They upgraded lighting inside our home and also completed some electrical work around our inground pool. We would recommend them to everyone!

Bill and his son are great. They were very responsive and came out the day after I called. I had already bought the ceiling fan at Home Depot. They cut the hole, helped me to figure out if I could use an existing switch or not, I couldn't, put in a new box, and installed the fan. We found that it was missing a few screws so they went and found me replacement screws and came back to finish the job the next day. They are both very professional and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and they even like dogs. Thank you again.

Bill and his son Corey were wonderful. They responded to my initial message promptly, and then completed the work in a professional manner at a fair price. They were honest about their work, and even helped me save some money by their expertise. They changed a main panel box in my 200 year old farm house, and added a sub-feed to an outbuilding. I will certainly call them again.

Mr. Nichols was absolutely terrific about all of it. He was gracious when I had to reschedule, then did a great job at a fair rate. NICHOLS is the go-to electrician in this area.

He was prompt, efficient and clearly honest as he charged us a very reasonable fee for a visit that took him out of his way. We would ask for his help again in an instant.

Overall it went very well

The kickboard heater was installed quickly and with no problems.

Finding problem with the outlet took some time.  The 2 bathroom outlets were not working and it was not related to the circuit breakers. It  took Bill a bit of time to find the problem...it ended up being on the outside of the house.  They explained how the problem arose and by replacing the outside outlet the bathroom outlets (which were connected to the outside outlets) began working again.

Bill and his son Cole are 2 very nice guys and a pleasure to work with.  I would definitely hire them again.

I called him and he called me back later that day and told me he was going to be in my area that night. I asked him if he would be available that afternoon and he said he certainly would be. The cost was very fair. He was very good and very efficient. He had good social skills. He couldn't have been any happier with his service. I would definitely use him again. I was very impressed with his response. He went straight to the job which I figured I knew about but it was something I didn't want to get involved in because I didn't want to electrocute myself. I didn't have any problems with him. He did what he had to do and he figured out basically what he had to do.

Bill was great. He's personable and professional and we felt that his price was fair and his work was solid!

Bill was efficient and thorough, and VERY responsive to our requests. He helped us fix some problems with our electrical system and later responded to a number of issues related to a lightning strike. His charges were very reasonable, and he was very personable.
