Description of Work: Mark and his crew did the roofing, siding, stone, doors and some tear outs during our complete renovation. Mark is a great guy, but has issues with his crew and personal life. He himself does awesome work, but if he is not watching his guys, they make mistakes or get hurt. This job was no easy task, since the persons we bought the house from would not leave the house after closing and were renting, and made any work h****** Middleton Construction. Once they were out, Mark and his crew were great with the roof, they were fast and it looked great. They missed some spots, which we found out this winter with the ice and melting ice with water inside the flashing of the chimney, but otherwise, they do a pretty good job. The only issue I found is that their personal lives dictated their schedules and how they performed,which for what it was costing me really was not fair to me as the customer. Mark means well and so do his guys, they just need to get a better system of schedules and how they keep track of their work. Invoicing was an issue for payments on requistions. And most would not have that kind of money to shell out with unexpected expenses. Mark was very good about letting me know about issues and if we wanted to fix them or not and what it would cost. He does have a good heart and tries to please.
