My initial experience was good in December 2016. Jeff replaced the roof on two houses in a timely manner, and he told me how he is not one of those companies that disappears when there's a problem. Always accessible. I have called at least 20 times, and left messages and sent emails, and they don't even have common courtesy to call back. (Even if it is to say we cannot help you)

He was very responsive in getting back to me, and providing me with a quote before any work started. He was detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done and why. He was there when he said he would be and he finished earlier than he said he would be finished and he has offered to check the roof after one month of replacing it and no one has done that in the past.
