+ -1 moreNeil Siano and his well trained team can take on almost any project! Neil stands by his work (as his father did before him) and responds promptly to any problems that may arise during or after the job has been completed. Neil's prices are fair and carefully calculated. However, I don't wish to post my total cost for this big job online for anyone/everyone to see. The old house I bought had stood vacant for over a year. Over several months of almost daily involvement, Neil and his team brought my house back to life and its former beauty. I highly recommend D and N Contracting - they did a great job for me!
Description of Work: General renovation throughout my home-to-be over several months. They handled plasterboard, repair of walls, taping, carpentry (built me a beautiful bookcase and closets, lined the closets with cedar, replaced rotted baseboards), measured for and replaced windows. Coordinated well with electrician and plumber. Recommended a good floorman to sand and refinish my beautiful old floors. Completely renovated my kitchen.

Description of Work: Had worked with this company in the past they are top notch proffesionals they were fair, prompt, clean and informative all the way through I am looking into creating a Bathroom in the hall that leads to the yard and I have contacted them again, for the estimate, before we hung up the phone he gave me 2 suggestions on where the bathroom should be located, that would cut down on cost. I will post the outcome when the work is completed

+ -1 moreWe have used this contractor before for major remodeling work (kitchen and bath) on a different residence. His work then was very good and his pricing was fair; we were confident he would perform well again. But we also got estimates on the cost from other contracting services. Dand N was lower than other offers. We have not been disappointed in using this contractor. We have recommended Dand N Handyman and Contracting Services to our neighbor who also wishes to remodel a kitchen.
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen. Installed cabinets and appliances, did some related electrical and plumbing work.

Description of Work: I had to remodel my basment after the ceiling collapsed due to broken water pipe they came to asess the damage as soon as I called they began the work the following day,the ceiling, walls and floor were damaged so we replaced what had to be replaced and they repaired what they could salvage, they were very honest in their assement, and instead of telling me they had to replace the entire basment they told me they could salvage some. Prior to this Job, they have alsoSided my House Tiled 2 Foyers (outer Hall)Rebuilt 2 Stoops with SlateReplaced windows and doors Replaced the Gutters (2) They are very neat and professional they arrive on time ready to work they clean up and take all the garbage with them.Very trustworthy I am about to remodel my kitchen and I will be calling them

Description of Work: They are insured, licensed. Very thorough and back their service many times and re did all work until perfection. They back their work for 5 years. Their bid came in much better than they other 5 bids. Work was amazing as well as the price. Highly recommended, 3rd generation company/family business.
