Most recently I contacted them about a water cooler I had that needed repaired. It was a Brita. He was courteous and informed me that he could do nothing with it. I called Brita, they informed me that they do not do that either. The unit is not able to be repaired, the cold water dispense is what wasn't working. It is a very laid back atmosphere. My appliances have always been ready when they said they would be.

The service department is very unique. They have parts for every unit. They are not punctual but the service is superb and worth the wait.
