They arrived when they said they would. They were very neat and careful. I have had many workers in the past but they were very competent and punctual. He said he would be finished within 3-5 days and he was done in 3. His price was below everyone else, and he had come highly recommended. I was very pleased with the work and this summer was a pleasure with a new A/C system.

My furnace was replaced by Atlantis last December, and is under warranty through Dec. 12th. This past April, it stopped working(I believe this is related to the fact that when it was installed by Atlantis, it was not installed properly, with a filter system). It goes on and the fan works, but no heat is generated. I called Atlantis and after much effort on my part(several calls, and complaining), they came to look it. Dan(my contact there)said the logic board needed to be replaced and that he would order the part; he said he to call him in mid-September to come replace it, since the summer is a busy time for them, with AC jobs. I was reluctant to wait that long but acquiesced. I called him a few weeks ago, as agreed, and said he couldn't come out for a week; after not turning up for first apt., he tried replacing the logic board and still could not get unit to work. He told me to call the company. I called them and they said they are willing to work with him to see the unit repaired, and that their tech support person was advising him. I called back and he said he would get another logic board and be in touch; I asked him when and he said he didn't know and hung up on me. This was last Wednesday. I have not heard from him; this morning I called-no one answered their phone and I asked them to call me back to let me know when my unit will be repaired. I have not heard from them. I want my furnace repaired and the warranty to be honored and for Atlantis to take responsibility for the work they performed, which clearly was not installed properly. It is getting cold now at night and I have a tenant, so need to see my unit repaired.
