Very good came out for the estimate week later sent me my estimate. Came out the day he said he would start and stayed on the job touch base with us each day and was very polite. Cleaned up after each day of work. Work was done I belive to quick. There was some cosmetic things that was left that were over looked and that were left for me to take care of but can be fixed. Over all the roof is done and I hope to have no leaks for a good while to come.

Extremely reasonable pricing. Depending on time of contact, may take a little bit of time to connect with Peter but once you do, the service and repair work are excellent.

Hopgart could not do the work we needed due to being booked until November 2014.

I got a quote from them and I said, "Yes. Let's go through with it," but they never called me back, so I don't know, They never followed up with me like they said. I had to call them and told me to get back to me in a couple of days but that was two weeks ago. I like everything about them. The guy was great, punctual, seemed very knowledgeable, we talked about concrete, concrete treatments. They did say they have a lot of work to do but get back to me, maybe I just had a small project.

I used them a couple of times. My experience with them was great. They were just very polite. They were prompt. They did a good job. I am waiting for them to give me a quote on vinyl siding my garage.

I used Angie's List to find Hopgart Construction for some work around my home that I either did not have time for or were beyond my capabilities. I used the e-mail process and Peter Sedlak contacted me the next day and actually stopped by that day to reivew the work that needed to be done. He arrived when he said he would and provided and siad he would call me that night with the estimate. I asked if the work could be done the same week (he provided the quote on Wednesday, and I wanted the work done by Friday). He called me back at night wth the total cost and said he could do it on Friday morning. That was PERFECT. The price was more than reasonable. Peter and his co-worker arrived on time and got to work immediatly. I knew the work was simple for a professional, and that was true of Peter. He added a new light receptical to a room, added a power receptical in the garage for the garage door opener, he changed out some of my older electric recpticles for new GFCI recepticles, he made latched door to replace a screwed in screen for my attic entry, and created a door for my kitchen addition crawl space, and he rewired the batchoom light and fan switches to code. I definately felt like he did a quality job and the price was worth the work completed. He cleaned up his mess and was completed in about 4 hourts. Now I can continue with some of my own renovation projects. I highly recommend Hopgart Contsruction and Peter Sedlak. I also look forward to having him do additonal work in the near future.

Peter Hopgart the owner and a gentleman came here to see what the job entailed mentioned new ideas and type of shingle he preferred to use. Explained how he wanted to remove the chimney which was loosing mortar, In order for us to save money, he suggested we buy the materials ourselves at stores sale prices and he would pick up the materials and truck to our home.He had included in the price of the roof job, the disposal unit to put the old materials in.The team of four, including Peter worked quietly and together. the area was very steep and made me feel good that he was well insured for all men. They came on time and only to lunch, no breaks. The job was done in two and a half days to my thinking. He even took back materials not used to the store for me to get my credit.

They were very pleasant.

Spoke to his wife to set up an appointment. He selected 5 pm. At 5:30 I left my home and saw him several blocks away. When I asked if he was the contractor, he stated yes. I told him I was looking for someone who was reliable and dependable and he said okay.I would certainly not recommend this contractor.

Both furnaces have worked well since Peter's upgrade and we saved several thousand dollars on the project. Peter and his crew do excellent work and he is very good at finding sensible solutions to problems. Best of all. he stands by his work. If you ever have a problem, he will correct it immediately.

The job took about three days for one to two men. The end result is spectacular. You know when a job is done right. You look at it and you just smile, whereas before you cringed. I want to bring visitors to my home now to see the path and sidewalk.

My only caution is to watch with concrete work for heavy machinery or trailers used to shuttle and dump the old materials - sometimes these trailers are very heavy and hard to maneuver (we live on cul-de-sac) and can damage your driveway. Luckily Pete and his team where meticulous.

Lastly - the work is very dusty. Pete's team cleaned up well and as best they could and its hard to tell they where ever here, but there is a film of concrete dust over the front porch and windows that we will naturally need to clean up. I can't see any way around the dust so take precautions if you have anything precious nearby that needs to be kept dust-free like an expensive car...).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete Sedlack's team at HOPGART CONSTRUCTION for concrete refinishing and pouring, driveway repair and installation. If you want to come view my sidewalk send me an email.

They got the job finished in fifteen minutes. He was a very pleasant person. He gave me a senior discount. He was nice and responsive. I was impressed with him.

So, I call this company, get the owner to come out that very afternoon, give me a quote by phone later that night and do the work in one morning just two days later. The work was quality, exactly what I wanted and my house stayed clean. This company was just want I needed!

Peter Sedlak, Contractor/Owner, worked along side his crew of three. They all worked steadily and took very few breaks.
Reported for (3) days early and on time. All messes cleaned up as they worked. They covered areas around the house with tarps to collect debris. All were gentlemen, no swearing or tempers used. Peter was so easy to work with. He gave answers to all our questions. The end result is beautiful and makes the house look sharp.
We would use Peter Sedlak again for any work to be done on or in the home.

We were staying with my (wonderful) mother in law while the work proceeded and were anxious to avoid delays. After the project had begun, we approached Peter Sedlak (contractor) and added a lot of additional work including the excavation of an old walkway and the construction of an elaborate dry laid stone walkway with steps. Peter and his crew were at the site every day and were friendly and professional. Their work was perfect and believe it or not, despite the extra work, the job was completed ahead of schedule. I wouldn't consider anyone else for home construction or remodeling.
