Very quick: returned my call within a couple of hours and were ready to come the next day.  They showed up within 15 minutes of the stated time and worked for about 2 1/2 hours.  Everything was fixed and working beautifully  I also received some suggestions and an estimate to improve the setup of the 2 outside faucets in the future.

Jesse is always super-fast to respond and very communicative and specific about when he can show up to complete work. We had him come for some scheduled repair work as well as three leak emergencies over the course of 9 months in our recently purchased home. Every time, the work is done well and quickly and the price is reasonable. I recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

They came in a day after we called, gave us an estimate which we agreed to.  They replaced the entire drain on the bath as well as replacing the old valve fixture with a new valve fixture we had purchased.  They also replaced the shower pipe which was fractured.  They worked well, made sure everything was as we wanted and did a fine job.  Cleaned up afterward.  Held to the estimate.  The bath now works flawlessly, no leaks.

My kitchen sink ceased draining after 20 some years of no problem. This happened in mid January, 2014. I called a well known service who showed up relatively quickly, tried using a electric driven snake to clear this drain, was unsuccessful and proclaimed that the drain was frozen. Clearing a frozen drain seemed impossible to me, so I decided to wait for warmer weather and let the blockage be thawed out and all would be ok. On May 5th I finally gave up and called Mr Bussard. He apologized for not being able to come right out but scheduled a Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM. That is May 7th. He arrived on time. In less than 2 hours he had found and solved the blockage problem, had cleaned up any mess and he was on his way to the next job. The cost was less than twice what I had paid the previous well known provider who spent about a half hour before telling me I was frozen up. The problem was a rusted 90 degree fitting which was installed in my cellar. Fitting replaced and drain works perfectly now. I would certainly recommend Mr. Boussard to anyone requiring a plumbing job.

We were going to hire Jesse Bussard to do a remodeling project that included installing a new toilet and stand up shower. He refused to provide a verbal quote, and had to send the quote in the mail. He made my elderly grandmother go to Lowes to order her shower and toilet, and pay for it. When we received the quote in the mail, it was $6000.00 to install a toilet and shower. We believe that he was trying to scam my grandmother. We discussed the situation with Lowes, and they reccommended us to go with someone else, and agreed that the price was way to high. Lowes is going to install the toilet for us, and only charge $135.00. We are currently seeking someone who can install the shower for less than 6 grand.

His name is Jesse Bussard. He was very competent. His prices were reasonable for the amount of time he spent doing the repair. I would recommend him to others.
