Lowe's - Hornell

This is a small home so they did two rooms of carpet and a closet and just a dining room with laminate. They did a really good job. The pricing is kind of high. I'm sure you can find stuff cheaper.

It was great. I used it right away. I used it for project. I didn't really enjoy having around here; they haven't been the area that long. They provided a lot of good deals. I do a lot of do-it-yourself stuff so it's good to have so much available locally.

Took a little to get everything coordinated as they normally don't install frameless. There was a bit of lag time between decision to purchase, home visit to see if installation was possible, and actual installation. Still, the contractor they worked with was professional and thorough. The price was unbeatable (about 20% less of any other company I contacted). The door looks great and the installer did everything to make it as perfect as possible despite the uneven walls/floors. We have no leaks and the door works like a charm and looks amazing. Would definitely work with Lowe's again.

I never had any problems with them. As for responsiveness sometimes you cannot find anybody there. Punctuality is good. I will continue to use them in the future.
