The insurance agent did see us right away without an appointment. She ran the numbers and came up with a quote that was more than four times that given by any other company. She apologized and said that the computer does not give reasons for the quote given. She understood why we chose not to get our insurance through them.
The computer really should state reasons for the quote, especially when it is different from other companies.
