Terrible Customer Service. Talked with the owner during the initial phone call and it was the last phone call that we were able to reach him. He subsequently failed to respond to the numerous phone calls and attempts that we made to reach him over the course of at least three weeks. It became very clear that we could not rely on him to schedule the service and delivery of firewood that we discussed with him. Apparently, he did not want our business. It should also be noted he quoted a price for cords of firewood that we found was substantially higher than the services that we did eventually contract with. The company that services us now is VERY courteous, professional, reliable and has delivered a substantial amount and high grade of firewood with substantial savings. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TREEMAN!

Their service was excellent. The guy was prompt. When he said he was going to be here, he was here. His quote was exactly what he said it was going to be. He was able to completely removed the trees. I am pleased with the quality of his service. His estimate was exactly what he charged. There was no additional charges.

The men arrived on time, were professional and cleaned up.

Good experience would use them agian

We had an oak tree that needed removed. The tree was about 50ft tall and within about 10 feet of the house. Patrick, the owner, and another person cut down the tree, ground down the stump, chipped the branches, cut the trunk into about 15ft pieces and hauled everything away. Patrick was very straightforward and honest about the work that would be done. He made sure we understood that in order to minimize any damage to our lawn he would use plywood to help support the equipment while he worked. But he made it clear that some damage to the lawn might occur that we would have to repair, if needed, due to the soft ground. He offered to wait until the ground was firmer but we opted to have the work done. This was important since the tree was in a small backyard that presented challenges and required the use of a bucket truck, log truck and stump grinder, all of which had to be brought into the yard. He had to complete the work over the course of several days due to some rainy weather. He also made a point of calling us on those rainy days to let us know that he would not be able to work that day. However, the total amount of time to perform the work was about 4 hours, start to finish, including all the cleanup he performed. We were very satisfied with Patrick's work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a tree or trees removed from their property.
