When the worker was at our house, I told him there wasn't any cool air coming from the vent in our bedroom closet. He checked it out and said he fixed it. I forgot to check it and noticed the next day that it still wasn't working. I decided not to send them the check for the tune up until I spoke to them about the situation. I called them and the owner's daughter answered. I told her there still wasn't any cool air coming from the vent in the closet. She told me that the technician told her he fixed it. I told her that's what he told me too, but it really wasn't working. Her nasty answer was, "Oh, so he's lying?". I told her I didn't want to pay the bill because the vent was not fixed. She told me the amount was for the tune up and noting else, so I said I'd send a check. I spoke with the owner (her father) about the vent problem and he said that I would have to wait till next year to have the vent fixed because it cost him too much to travel to my house to fix it.
