Mike had a little trouble finding the place, but it wasn't a big deal.  I walked with him throughout the whole inspection.  He was impartial and thorough.  That's what I wanted.  He brought an assistant (older guy, very nice, felt valuable to have him there) and went outside-in, bottom-up on the house.  The house was built 90 years ago and he seemed comfortable with what he was doing and in his element.  Mike was friendly and not at all overbearing or unpleasant. 

The report had a fair amount of boilerplate in it, but was delivered promptly and contained all the relevant information with dozens of pictures.  I'd hire him again.
