When you have problems with toilets and sink drainage you need someone that responds in a timely manner and knows what they are talking about. Sept-Tech is also a LOCAL family owned business. Not a chain that charges top rates.
I called and left a message, they returned my call right away. Came over, found the problems, were able to give me a temporary solution, and put together a reasonable bid to do the work that was needed. They explained what products were available on the market and what they thought were the best solutions for my job. I had no fear they would cut corners and they didn't.
They started when they said they would, had things dug up, taken out, replaced and put back together, regraded in 3 days. They even checked in to see if everything was working as promised. The crew couldn't have been nicer or more professional. It pays to use Local business providers.

A family run local business that has been around for years.
I called, they came, they pumped, were very professional, made sure everything was working, I paid, and they went on to the next appointment. If I have any trouble I'm to call them right away.
Would recommend them to everyone.

Provider dug a three foot hole across and one foot deep to access my septic tank and pumped sludge. Provider stated that I should have more extensive work performed including cleaning beds in my lawn system. In fact, provider stated " If you don't let me dig immediately, you will have sludge coming up on your lawn within a week". Given that my home was relatively new (12 years)and that I have maintained my septic system every two years, I dismissed the provider's concerns and subsequently have not experienced any problems for over one year from the service. Further, it is my opinion that because I payed significantly more for my service than is usual then I may have been alerted to possible red flags indicating problems with this provider.,

Job went extremely well from start to finish!!!!

They were great. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Arrived on time worked hard. Always made sure to show me everything that they were doing and why. Check and rechecked to be sure everything worked perfectly. They made sure they put everything back as they found it. All work done was warrantied.
