It's very easy to reach them by phone – much easier than our previous company. They were able to set up service immediately – and it has always going off without a hitch, unlike our previous vendor. They pick up bulky additional items without requiring prior notice and without a fee. Again, this is different from our prior vendor.

I spoke with Mary Ann on Mon. Aug. 5th and she told me that they drop off in my town on Tues. and Thurs. They only have 12YD dumpsters for my area, Not bad because I only wanted a 10YD. I informed her that I would not be home for the drop off and gave her exact instructions on where to leave it. Sure enough when i came home from work Thurs. evening the dumpster was exactly where i asked it to be. Very happy to have the 12YDs because I used it all. Called Mary Ann back today to schedule the pick up and they are coming tomorrow to get it. Very professional service! If you a dumpster this is the place you should get it from.

They pick up efficiently and we can always be sure of the day they will come. Recently, they replaced the recycle bin with a larger green container with a bright orange lid, which can be picked up by the mechanical arms on their trucks. This is also the way they pick up are garbage container. We are recycling much more since they are now taking more types of materials.

They are very helpful. Everything is fine and they deliver the dumpster. I called to report and they are picking it up today and they did a nice job. They do both residential and commercial dumpster collection along with global trash collection. They communicate very well and if I misunderstood something, they call me and tell me it's in the policy but I misunderstood it and they correct the policy with no extra charge or anything and I have no issue with that. I felt that they have good service, reliable and they are easy to work with. I think their price is reasonable. I think they are a bit lower than the average because I researched on the web and their prices were lower than I expected.

I've never had a problem with them. They do a great job. They pick extra trash without any problem. Sometimes they even take construction debris.
