I was severely disappointed with my experience. This is the first time Iâ  ve hired a company to clean and maintain my pool for the summer as well as the first time using Angi. After paying a deposit than for the rest of the summer, then for a new filter, we are about to close a pool that we have been unable to use this year. When I was asked by Angi for a review, I decided to speak with the companyâ  s owner and to give him a chance to make it right before I wrote this review. All I got was excuses. The one star is because they did come and do something and they were nice on the phone. The fact remains that we lost the season and are now closing a pool that is still green. I hate to write a negative review like this, but I feel I wasted not only the money but also the summer. When I hired this company I told them that the pool was green upon opening and asked them to take a look. Not once did they say they could not do the job. I guess I should have done more checking, but I thought that was why I went through Angis in the first place. Lesson learned- expensive lesson learned.

"This information is misleading and unfair to say the least. We did not begin working on the pool until last week of June. When we arrived to the house the pool was black and were informed the pool had not been used in 2 years. . Not to mention there was bushes growing into the pool. The grass was waste high thru the entire backyard(her Landscapper is clearly the issue) there was dog feces everywhere and the system was completely overgrown. We let them know this was going to be an extensive process to get the pool to clear. The pump was found with a crack in the housing so the system was not working. We had to order and install a pump. They told me the pool was winterized already. So they only had to take out the filter for winter, reinstall the cover, and put in the gizmo. They used my chemicals and still charged me 400 dollars

Dave was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When we went to open up our pool, the pump had stopped working. Within a few days, Dave had ordered and installed the new pump. He communicated well and was very dependable. Highly recommend!
