Phillip Pouncy is the owner. We had used him previously for another job. He is extremely personable and accommodating. He has quite fine detail work. His price is very good. Overall we were quite satisfied. He is a single individual so he does get a lot of phone calls. I understand but sometimes it is hard to schedule him.
