General Remodeling
He ran out of money in December, asked me for the last payment, which I gave him. He walked off, left the house. We are living in 2 rooms instead of 8. Every other room is not usable. During the construction he asked me for an additional $40,000 that were unforeseen. I gave him this money too. The house has no siding, the roof leaks, electrical box is hanging off the side of the house by rope. Half the house has no electricity. There is debri all over the property, it is a mess. He went on 3 vacations while he was doing the work here. The house remains unfinished, I certainly wouldn't recommend him. He lied about many things, such as paying people, which caused my electrician to quit working.
