MID HUDSON SEAMLESS GUTTERS

Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS AND THE WORK IS POORLY DONE! Gutters installed February 2005 for $1390. Per receipt "guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty years". Contacted company 11/2011 to repair leaking seams. Per business owner this is not covered by the guarantee and the cost to seal will be $175 - $190, but the gutters must be cleaned at a cost of $159, but she will give me a discount for both services done for a total of $259. I then contacted another gutter company that had previously added a downspout because Mid-Hudson had put the downspout in the wrong place. He looked at the work previously performed and informed me that all of the silicone sealing materials used previously on the gutters was of inferior quality and it is cracked and peeling. In addition, the distance between the hangers is too great resulting in sagging and resulting in dripping in the middle of the gutters. He is repairing everything and cleaning the gutters for $250 and this time the work will be done properly.
