When the house was built they never tightened the bolts, causing problems. We've used them in the past, they have always been responsive. The work is absolutely fine. I've used them 3 times before, I will use them again in the future.

I called John and left him a message. He called me back later that day. He came to install the new faucet and replaced whatever items that was necessary since this is for our outdoor kitchen BBQ area.

I was having my water softener replaced for many reasons including decreasing water pressure. The installer noted that my main cold gate valve was not going into a fully open position and suggested Ossenkop and Son as a plumber to do the work. I have lived in the are since 1970 and had heard of them. I also had quite a lot of galvanized pipe. I called them and they immediately told me that they would do the job but there would be a 2 week wait while they completed a current job.Two weeks later I received a call that they were available. They came over and scoped out the job. They returned the next day and replaced my galvanized pipe. They did a great job. It took one day to complete the work.
