The job was replacing a standard door going to our back yard and replacing water rotted wood underneath a portion of vinyl siding over our carport. Justin and his team were great. They were all very professional, timely and neat. From my initial meeting with Justin for the estimate, it was clear that he took what he was doing seriously. He arrived at the agreed upon time, explained how he was going to do the repairs, told us when he would be able to come back to do the job and gave us a couple of options regarding payment. And what he said is what he did. The team showed up early on the agreed upon day. Both jobs that needed to be done were problematic in their own ways, but Justin didn't skip a beat. It was a long day for the team but the end result for both jobs were beautiful. I highly recommend Ethos Constuction, Inc. I would certainly call them again if needed.

Justin widened an opening in our tile countertop in order to fit a new electric cooktop. He is a perfectionist who left everything better than it was before. In contrast to the old opening, the new opening he created is centered precisely and has pristine edges. It was a dusty job and he used his shop vac to catch the dust and covered other items in our kitchen with drop cloths keeping airborne dust to a minimum. He cleaned up everything and left my kitchen floor cleaner than it was before he came. Reasonable prices. Justin is exemplary. Knowledgeable, responsible, considerate. Highly recommend Ethos Construction!!!! I will definitely call him again for several other home improvement projects.

I have had hired many contractors over the past 5 years to do work on my house. Justin is by far the best contractor I have ever hired in terms of quality and pricing. Beautiful deck!! Although I had a plan, Justin's knowledge and experience made it turn out perfect. He consulted with me during the project to be sure I was happy with the ongoing construction. We hired Justin to build us a 20 x 16 pool house which included a bathroom, sewer and supply lines. He also tiled, installed shiplap panels, did flooring, and painting to name a few. He took what we envisioned and made it all happen. He is not only a hard worker but an extremely talented person. He is professional, honest, fair, friendly, and someone who always kept the communication open. His work is outstanding. Thereâ s nothing he couldnâ t do! Overall, we highly recommend Justin at Ethos construction and will be using him for future projects.

Ethos construction owner, Justin was a prime example how anyone would like to have work performed in their home. He is professional and extremely hard worker! He removed and replaced insulation in our crawl space, which is a messy job. He left the space in better condition than when he started! He is very neat, personable and we will look forward to calling him for any future projects.

We hired Ethos Construction (second project) to redo our poorly constructed 24’ x 6’ porch. Justin shored up the shoddy work of our home builder by increasing the footings, installing new joists, new post bases, zip tape, etc. He installed 144’ of Trek Vintage Lantern decking. He utilized precision cuts with a picture frame border, breaker board dead center, and the rest filled in. His cocktail rail design is notched with a mitre cut, so you don’t see the exposed end. Finally, Justin leveled our sagging beam that supports the roof above. Not only is the beam level and properly supported, but was boxed out with Azek fascia board. We would highly recommend Ethos for any projects, because of Justin’s skill, creativity, knowledge, and problem solving skills. We will definitely use again for future projects.

We picked Ethos as our general contractor for our kitchen project based on a reference from a friend that used them. Extent of the work... They demoed old kitchen walls etc. Installed new windows, doors, framed walls for pantry ,kitchen and New entryway, rocked and tiled walls, lights, plumbing, trim, paint. We couldnâ t be happier with the finished project. The level of care, skill and dedication from the team was exceptional. Justin always ensured we were happy with the progress and went above and beyond to ensure a high quality finish to the project. Ethos does great work at a fair price and we plan to use them for any future projects and we would recommend anyone we know to use them.

I needed wiring re-routed to meet fire codes. New outlets installed. Ceiling fans installed.

It was a pleasure working with Ethos Construction throughout the entire project. Justin responded quickly to discuss my plan and provided a reasonable quote in a timely fashion. He kept me informed during each step and completed the job ahead of schedule while keeping the work area clean. I would use Ethos Construction again and would recommend them to anyone with construction needs.

I was replacing a 12 x 10 deck with a 16 x 16 deck. Justin was one one of three contractors I contacted about the job. One contractor never gave an estimate, the second gave a total (no breakdown of materials or labor), and then Justin gave me a labor and material breakdown. Justin was knowledgeable about Trex products and local building codes. He worked to get the best price on materials, which allowed us to stay in budget. Justinâ s crew installed 7 footings and the deck supports, which included scheduling an inspection by the local building inspector. They laid 256 square feet of decking, in a day with picture framing around the exterior. Then the crew added railings and stairs (fabricated by Justin) over the next few days. Each day the crew was on site, they were on time, working hard, and paying attention to detail. Next year, I want to upgrade my front porch to composite materials along with redoing the deck posts. Ethos will be my first call.

Justin and his crew at Ethos are amazing professionals. We now have our dream kitchen! Work was done promptly, efficiently and skillfully. Communication was great. Justin and his crew were extremely professional while also being personable. The job was renovating 3 offices, which included moving 1 wall. The quality of Ethos work was excellent, you can not tell that the new wall was not always there. The job was complete on time and the crew kept the area as clean as possible while they were working and cleaned up completely at the end of the day and project. They were conscientious of the office environment, being very considerate of the office staff.

Justin and his team put a 15' x 30' Trex deck on the back of our home. Besides the quality of their workmanship, they were perhaps the most polite contractors we have ever dealt with. Justin was both helpful and open minded to our needs and concerns. I would highly recommend him for any work done on your home.

I contacted Ethos construction to have a deck built. I dealt with Justin (owner) from day 1 of the estimate process to the day it was completed with updates every step of the way . Justin and his crew were very professional , knowledgeable , and did an excellent job far exceeding our expectations. The job was completed in a timely manner and their work speaks for it self . The entire process was painless and I can t say enough how easy it was working with Justin , we now have a beautiful deck to enjoy for years to come thanks to Ethos construction.
