Informed me the dryer repair would cost as much as a new dryer. Told us the Samsung  model that we had purchased was built with cheap pot metal, cannot withstand normal wear and tear.
Informed Samsung and they insisted on their own repairman. He confirmed the same circumstances. $800.00 model tossed after 3 years.

Dan figured out what was wrong in 10 minutes. He cleaned out the trap, he showed me how the machine displays error codes. He cleaned up everything too.

I spent $129. He's super knowledgeable, he's very nice and professional.

I have used him for oven work until there were no parts available because of the age of the unit. He has always been very honest and all of his work has been great..I have recommended him to friends and they have also been happy.

I found Dan Marc's Appliance number on the Maytag website. When I called to ask what it would cost to have them check my washing machine, they said it would be $90. The man came, looked at the drip in the tub part, and said it was the inlet valve. I said, "Don't you want to open up the machine to make sure?" He said no. He said it was the only thing it could be. He then said he needed to order the part and I had to pay for labor upfront as well. I said okay. I then asked if I could used the machine. He said yes. After I started using the machine for a day, the drip stopped. It has been 2 weeks - no drip. I called them back and asked them to have the repair guy call me. I did some research and found out that sometimes the valve can get grit in it and then it washes through. I called the company and told them this. They said I still had to pay the $195 which covers visit and labor. I said there wasn't any labor. The repair guy didn't even open the machine up. They were rude and said that is the way it is. I have tried to reason with them. They are incredibly rude - so upsetting. I can't believe a company would function this way. They literally were mean and didn't care that the guy didn't do his job. The 1 star is for the poor employees that work for this company.
