We could have not been more satisfied with the work that you, Tommy, and Mike did for us in our kitchen transformation – and I use that word as it was much more than just a renovation. We were very impressed with not only the quality of the work that you and your crew delivered in their work, but also the passion for excellence and everything being as close to perfect as it could be. Minor things such as Tommy installing plates on the outlets were done with all screw heads aligned facing the same direction, or the lights over our island having each of the brackets perfectly aligned the same way, were both small aspects and details that weren’t overlooked. And that was consistent across the board. The work delivered was as if you were doing it in your own home. On the larger scale, the cabinetry was installed flawlessly and our granite countertops have the seam hidden so well some of our friends can’t find it. Thank you for working outside the box and finding Allstate Fabricators in Orangeburg to work with PMI Stone on our granite slab selections when the local (nameless) granite fabricator was almost 50% higher for the same work and refused to work with us on a reasonable price. We love the choices of appliances and decisions that you helped guide us through, especially the 42” SubZero refrigerator that was one of our most debated decisions due to the cost – but we are LOVING it!

Chuck and crew are great! Very flexible and helpful. Moved heavy furniture pieces to garage for storage during remodel. Very conscious of cleaning up each night - chuck was reachable by phone and e- mail and was very responsive and timely. I enjoyed the process even though remodeling is inconvenient. I would recommend Bil-Mac to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Excellent job by Bill Mac Kitchens. Removal of old kitchen from ceiling to floor. They were on time everyday , cleaned up daily. Felt very safe with them in house.

The work was excellent when performed by the founder. However, electrical work performed by his (certified) electrician was okay at best, and one outlet that he repaired blew again within 3 months. While the original work on the electricity was very poor, the aim was to fix it, not just put something in for a few months as a bandage.
I believe the owner is earnest and his work is quite good, although I would stop short of it being of premier quality. It would fall somewhere between first class work and high second class work.

Chuck and his team performed beyond our expectations. This was a one stop shop going from new cabinets, quartz counter tops, tiling, flooring, electric work, installing appliances etc... and even going as far as installing ceiling fans that were not even part of the initial plan.
Not only on schedule and very responsive, but also a fantastic friendly team that was always ready to listen to our questions and accommodate our little changes as the job went on. They left the house neat and clean after every day's work.
We recommend them to anyone who might have a kitchen project in mind.
