All County Insulation

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! A few years ago I hired them to insulate my dining room addition -- Steve was the man in charge -- and they were wonderful! Steve has now left the company. I called to make an appointment and was told Jack would call me the same day. He did not. He called 3 days later. He set up and broke 3 appointments to come look at the job, then just showed up unannounced one day. Since I did need the job done, I allowed him to look. He said he would call me the next day with the estimate and would do the job one day the following week. I asked for an estimate on both spray foam and traditional insulation. He never called with the estimate. On Tuesday the following week I called to ask when they were coming and what was the estimate No one answered, so I left a message. Again, no return call but I did receive an estimate the next day via email -- for only the spray foam -- and was told they would be there October 7. The email also told me to call a Connecticut number to leave a deposit. I called the Connecticut number several times over the next few days -- no one ever answered so I left messages. No one ever called back. I called Jack and left a message with him - he also never returned my call. I finally got someone in the Hopewell office who was full of excuses -- new phone system, problems with cell phones, etc., but he was willing to take my deposit. I told him I was not willing to leave a deposit because I did not trust that they would show up. He assured me they would be at my house October 7th between 8 and 8:30 a.m. and said I could pay in full then. After thinking about it all day, I was disgusted with their work ethic and lack of professionalism, so I called to cancel -- again no answer so I left a message. Today, October 7th, they showed up to do the work -- at 12:45p.m. -- after I had cancelled!
