ABSOLUTE AIR CONTROL

After adding gas (for a second time), they gave me an estimate for fixing the leak in the air handler. For some reason, the first guy that did the estimate had to have a second guy come out, 2 weeks later, to verify what the issue was. This was in early august, and they said that they would rather fix it in Sept. since it was hot in the attic, and the freon would last until then. It didn't, and between them needing to have 2 guys look at it, and trying to delay for cooler weather, I needed another freon fill up before the end of the summer. I had now had 3 fill ups (at around $150 each time), and it was starting to feel like they were delaying just to get more money out of me for freon. After that fill up and repair estimate, they said they'd call soon to schedule the repair. They never called back that fall. Not having learned my lesson, I called them in the spring to get the repair done, and he said he'd check the prices for the parts and call me back in 2 days. 3 weeks later he finally calls back, and was surprised to find out that I had already had it fixed by another company. I would not use Absolute Air again. The guys were friendly and nice, but they didn't seem like they had it all together.

I literally couldn't sleep at night as my radiator was making these atrocious banging sounds. The men from Absolute came right out and not only fixed this for me, but wouldn't you know it, the hot water heater decided to die as well and they had no trouble replacing a small part for me which made it work again. I haven t had a problem with either situation since. I am very impressed with these gentlemen, and will only use their services for my heating and air conditioning needs from now on.
