We were greatly relieved that the dishwasher swap did not result in damaged hardwood floors! That project was a testament to their patience, for sure. And the new stone backsplash is gorgeous...far more attractive than the original Formica.

The timeline to complete the project was stretched due to a vendor error regarding the glass shower walls. Steve pushed hard to make things happen as quickly as possible and always kept me in the loop. He was also able to get a $200 discount from the vendor for our inconvenience. Steve's price for doing the project was in the mid-range of the three quotes obtained.
