The service was amazing. I called on a Saturday morning and left a voice message, expecting to hear back on Monday morning. Within 10 minutes, Ron had called back, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled an appointment to be at my house with a replacement keyboard on Sunday morning. He arrived right on time and completed the work described above in 30 minutes.

Very well, Mr Walls is a very highly skilled individual who took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Ehen he arrived he got right into his work. He explained many things about the system I would not have understood. He was very courteous and stayed past our alloted time and did not charge me for it.

From start to finish, Source 3 Solutions was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Not only did they purchase and install the new computer hardware and software, they helped us transfer important files from our old computers and carried away the out-of-date computers for recycling. The installation and service person was patient with our questions and didn't leave until we understood. The learning curve for the new installation was relatively short thanks to their help. In the six months since, they have been helpful answering the few other questions that have come up. Source 3 Solutions was the company we needed and we know they will be there for us for future trouble shooting. We would recommend them to anyone.
