"I must say I was quite taken back by these comments. About a decade ago we installed a roof on the home that [Member name removed] recently purchased, for the previous owner. The conversation the [Member name removed] is referring to was just one of many that I had with him on the phone. I freely offered my professional advice and to look at the roof. We did in fact a small repair the roof at no charge. A thank you may have been extended on his part, but apparently it did not hold much weight with him, as he did not feel the need to post a comment on his appreciation of the free work we did. During our last conversation [Member name removed] explained that he had not used his vent fan since he moved in, but that an electrician noticed that it had seized up. He felt this was an injustice as he had only lived there for 9 months. I gave him the name of the vent fan manufacturer and suggested that he contact them, as I am not familiar with all the terms of their warranties and if they are transferable to a new owner. I sensed his displeasure and asked what he wanted me to do for him. He then hastily retreated from the conversation and ended the phone call. I take great pride in the relationships that I have made with my customers over the past 30 plus years. I am grateful for those that have been willing to give of their time and share their experiences giving us and overall “A” rating; it is that customer satisfaction we strive for."
"Dear (Member name removed), Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are happy to hear you have no complaints! It was our pleasure to be of service to you and hope you keep us in mind for any future home improvement projects that may arise."

"(Member name removed), Thank you for your kind words. Best of luck with your project."
"Three years ago we installed siding and roofing, working through a prime contractor that was responsible for this customer's addition project. Final caulking and painting was the responsibility of the contractor's painter. The damaged stucco was not our responsibility as the prime contractor's dumpster delivery caused the damage. We completed the job during the winter while there was snow on the ground and I have no idea what the contractor did for a final cleanup from his work. I was never aware there were any problems with the work until now. The only time I was contacted by anyone was when she called and asked if I would do some additional work for her. I explained she would need to either work with the prime contractor that brought me on the job or get his approval for me to do the work. I did contact the prime contractor who said she never called him. This woman's statements are completely false."
"Perhaps Member should have gotten a competitive estimate from another contractor before expressing his opinion that my price was too high."
"The customer had just installed new gutter guards and I explained to her that the gutter guard would need to be removed before the gutter could be detached to allow the trim to extend underneath. She was not sure she wanted them removed. In regards to the door; I explained that if she replaced the door after the aluminum trim was done, the trim would need to be replaced after the new door was installed."
