My 8 month pregnant wife took her car there to be inspected they charged her removed her still valid inspection sticker then failed it so they could try to charge her $500 for 2 new tires! They left her out in the snow with no vehicle to drive! We took it somewhere else and it passed no problem! DO NOT GO HERE! They try to take advantage of people who do not know much about cars! Oh btw...the 2 tires they tried to get $500 for only cost $200! Worse service I’ve ever seen!

Provided lowest price, responded quickly, took car in immediately at appointment time, finished quickly, very professional, upgraded to Safetylite bulbs at my request. ALSO CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY WINDSHIELD AT NO CHARGE. Very nice waiting area and free wifi.

They were fabulous. The auto body service did the whole front of my car and the repair shop did some work on the alignment with the wheels. I got my car back and they had put little Febreeze air fresheners in my car. They were nothing but phenomenal and professional.

Good. They had good communication however they broke something on our car and refused to fix it without us paying another 800 dollars. They denied that they broke it so they were not professional. They charged us for just looking at a car and they did not even repair it. I would not recommend them unless for something minor otherwise they are shady.

I have been using the services of this garage for at least 8 years now. They are honest, responsive, and do high quality work. They will even give me advice if I need someone else to do the work (dealer); and once it wasn't even my car, it was my in-law's car that needed the service and we needed to confirm the extent and price of work from another mechanic. As a woman, I am never afraid to take my car there - I trust them fully! A great feeling....

They were very professional, changed the tires and checked the brakes quickly even though I had odd sized tires and were very helpful. Excellent Service

Excellent service. Was able to squeeze me in the next day which was greatly appreciated as my window would not go up and it happened to be raining non-stop. Quick, friendly and the right price. Even brought my car to me after the work was completed as I was stuck at work, did not ask for this service, it was just offered. I would highly recommend to anybody. It's great service you would expect from a small town, friendly, family owned business.

As usual, the visit started on time and was quickly completed. The explanation of what had been accomplished was clear and precise.

This firm is reliable and professional. When the job requires an estimate, the job always comes in on or under estimate. The Shop Manager has excellent communication skills, is patient, and pays attention to his customers' needs. Both vehicles have needed a wide range of service in the past 10 months. The service has always been excellent. I hope to be doing businesss with Crane's Automotive Services for years to come.
