I have used them in the past too. They are dependable and very honest. Their quality of work is excellent. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

When  Vern came for the estimate  I told him I didn't want to select replacement parts.  It was just too overwhelming.  He said he would select parts, order parts and pick them up when he was ready to preform the renovation.  He offered advise as to the best parts to use, explained why some items would be better than others, and pointed out things I hadn't considered.  He sent us a formal quote listing in detail what he would do and provide.  He separated labor and parts.

He came to my house the day before work started to do final measurements and confirm we were in agreement with the estimate and the items he picked out.

He had one person working with him.  He had the tub and toilet out the first day and had the tub working in the same day.  He discovered a problem with the floor, discussed it and had it corrected in the same day with no delays. He quickly completed the work with a minimum of disturbance.  The entire project was completed in two days.  He met all specification hiss elections were perfect and I love the entire renovation!

My neighbor has asked for a quote for her bathroom and I will have him renovate my kitchen when I am ready. Vern met and exceeded my expectations!
