I responded to an ad to have some masonry work done on my chimney. Joe Kash came out to my home to inspect the work in order to provide an estimate. He led me to believe he wanted this job but never got back to me with the estimate. I ran into him while running errands and again he told me he was interested in the job but that was the last I heard from him. I expect a minimum amount of professionalism and courtesy when someone advertising for work and lead you to believe they want to work. If someone doesn't want to work they shouldn't advertise or they should simply say they are busy so that I can call someone else. In this economy, it really surprises me how little respect some business people have for their customers.
Description of Work: This contractor failed to get back to me with an estimate after he visited my home for this purpose. He led me to believe he wanted the job, so while waiting for him to provide an estimate it got later in the season and I was unable to hire anyone else, costing me a season and the work will have to be done by someone else next year.
