This firm is unreliable. I called them several times to arrange for work to be done. They finally agreed to a date and time. I confirmed the appointment twice on that day but they never showed up. I called a third time and only got the answering machine. It appears that someone called Ann Marie runs the business but the information she gives out is not correct. Pass on this company.

Overall good job, but better to talk with someone in person as issues with returning phone calls.

Brian and his crew were extremely clean and professional. They were on time and installed an entire AC until in one day. Brian took the time to answer all of my questions and address any of my concerns without being dismissive, explaining his answers to anything I had asked. We looked into a few different companies and I am extremely glad that we chose Twin Air. I would highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING! They installed 3 wall units and one compressor for a minisplit system. We solicited quotes from 5 contractors, the Twin Air price was in the same range as the three credible contractors. The first two contractors were unprofessional and ridiculously out of line with the other three quotes, 3 quotes approximately $8,000.* The Twin Air Team showed up on time to give the estimate, listened attentively to our specific air conditioning needs, and responded quickly to questions while we were deciding which contractor to use. The installation went like clockwork, their employees are polite, careful and seem happy to work for Twin Air. During the installation they found some non-code electrical work and brought it up to code. They cleaned up thoroughly. After the installation, Twin Air has continued to be responsive to questions and helped us with a rebate from our electricity company. *The two we disregarded were one for $4,500 but the contractor was unreliable, and one $16,000 but he insisted we needed a complete central air and duct work.

Everything went great from first appointment to job completion. They are professional and easy to deal with. I was impressed with their trucks and equipment and felt that my job would get the same care and attention. Now that the job is completed I can see that the recommended equipment was exactly what we needed; the house is cool and comfortable with no invasive hardware. It is a pleasant surprise to have found someone that I could put my trust in and have no regrets. I would definitely recommend that you consider Twin Air for your HVAC needs and in doing so you will see what i mean.

Twin Air Inc surpasses all other companies!!!

Twin Air recently fished installing a 3.5 ton 16 seer central AC unit in my 2 story colonial. They were absolutely amazing! I think they left the house cleaner than when they arrived! Extremely prompt and exceptionally professional, from the estimate through cleanup! They didn't pass over a single detail and took every precaution to make everything as safe and neat as possible! My wife and I couldn't be happier, whoever reads this should at the very least get an estimate and opinion from them!!! Thanks again guys!!

FIrst he had to dig the pump out and determined that it was the fan motor. He Replaced the worn part. Got the fan running and explained that it might go again and to call him if it did. Chris was so nice, cleanly dressed and seem to know his business. When he left I waas Able to explain the whole process to my brother. I was so impressed with Chris that we are having him back to do further work.

Used them for four years now. She put an new heater system in two years ago, and we bought an new AC system in. Very happy with these guys. they clean up nice, do everything nice, they explain everything. I was using different guys for years and years, and when I found these guys, and I grabbed them. They are very responsive, polite, explained everththing they are doing. If you tell them you have an problem, they will check it out, and explained if you need it replaced, and they save you money. I had guys come in and tell you things needed to be replaced, that didn't. This company is not like that. They have three workers, two brothers and an cousin, family owned, and I see them all when they come.

I think this company is amazing (and I am pretty picky about the people I hire). First, the two brothers are completely professional, from a fair quote to an explanation of the process - what will I get, who will do the work, when will they do it, how it will be done. Then, on install day, they work like a well oiled machine. Each team member knows what they have to do and they get it done in record time, clean up, and suddenly, it's cool. Noiseless, clean, excellent work. I would and do recommend them to all my friends and anyone who will listen. They do it right. And for the best price, the best equipment and the best install. I can't say enough and I rarely write reviews. This small company is worth considering if you need central air. I've had it in for almost two months now and I love it.

I had some estimates that came in slightly under the TWIN AIR estimate but from the very beginning, I felt comfortable with Brian and his attention to detail and in depth explanation during the estimate really made me believe that they were the best for the job. As a result, we chose TWIN AIR and the entire experience from start to finish has been pleasant. I recommend their services highly.

It's been going great. They're really nice guys and easy to work with.

Very nice, on time, informative, educational. I do not have experience with a heat pump and he was very patient explaining to me how the system works. I feel like this is a very honest company. Will use them again for sure. Will use them when my very old system needs to be replaced.

From initial contact to completion and follow-up, Brian and his team were exceptional! 
A prompt reply to our initial phone call was followed by a timely appointment to assess our needs.
The options were discussed in detail so we were able to make the most informed decision.
An explicit contract was provided and agreed upon and an installation date provided.
What further impressed us was the professionalism of the team. The installation was a neat, efficient and clean process. 
We look forward to having Twin Air install a water heater for us this fall.

We called Brian on 7/20/2015 at 10pm when we found a leak in my downstairs hallway ceiling. I traced leak to ceiling in upstairs closet were I also found mold growing on Sheetrock in closet. I then went up in attic to see where leak was coming from. Found leak coming from drain line at connections. I took pictures to show Brian in am when he came to fix it. Pictures where taken at 10:19pm. Brian showed up at 5:30am, first thing he says before he even looks at problem is "did you have gutters put on when you did your siding" Which my wife said "yes". Then he says they must for broken your line. This is before he even went in the attic. He then went up into attic to check problem. As I am leaving for work he comes downstairs and shows me what was wrong. He shows me a picture of drain pipe broken and crimped. He then tells me that the sideing guys must of pushed it in and broke it. He then replaced line and charged us 180.00 dollars. When I got to work I looked at the pictures I took night before and noticed that the pipe that was broken was not broken 7 hours earlier. When I asked Brian how the pipe was in broken 7 hours later he said " was anyone up there before I got there"? Now that made me mad, I felt like saying "yeah my toddlers play up there all night", give me a break, he then changed his story 3 more times. The bottom line is because they didn't install my pipes right 2 months ago when he put my unit in, it leaked into my ceiling and did thousands of dollars in damage. And because he knew he would have to pay to fix it he broke my pipe and tried to pawn it off on the siding company. He even charged my for damage he did. So buyer beware!!!!!

Everything went great, the central air was installed over a day and a half and the ductless and the new dryer vent in about half a day. They also installed WiFi thermostats on my second floor for the central air and heat on that zone and on the first floor to control that zone's heat. When I realized my heat was not set up correctly (previous owners had it set up for the 1st and 2nd floor to be one zone of control despite them having separate zones from the boiler), they came back at no charge and corrected this for me. They also turned my burner temperature up as the previous owners had it set low and it was taking a long time for hot water to come up.
The process was smooth from beginning to end, I felt I paid a fair price. My home has been cold and warm whenever I've needed to. Throughout the entire process, Twin Air was professional, polite and accommodating. I plan to use them again when I decide to put in a hot water heater.

I needed a new gas boiler and because I have found this company to be very responsive to my earlier problems with my air conditioning, I used them to replace the boiler. I am happy that I did. They were very prompt and did very clean work. They have helped me in so many ways in the past that I have recommended them to others.

The installation was very smooth and extremely neat. The system was installed exactly as it was explained to me during the initial visit and estimate.
The crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They protected every area where they were working and cleaned up thoroughly as they finished up.
They sized the system as required for the LIPA rebate and handled all the LIPA rebate paperwork
Twin Air satisfied all my requests and were finished much faster than I had expected.

Hurricane Sandy left me without power for about 9 days. Luckily, for all of us without power, it was not extremely cold out. When temperatures began to dip I had problems with my Gas Heating. I noticed that the boiler would kick in then shut off.
It was a very difficult time to get heating repair people.
These two young men came and were polite respectful and did what they promised
