Absolutely everything about the entire process went great; starting with the initial phone call to Samantha, John coming to our home to give us an estimate and the installation itself. John is an honest, hardworking & upfront person and the pricing for the job was reasonable. His crew was great; they were punctual, personable, professional and hard-working. John Scarpelli came to my house to scope out my Central Air install job.  I live in an older Tudor home that makes this job very difficult.  John was courteous, punctual and extremely professional throughout.  He has been in business a long time and his knowledge shows. After evaluating my house he provided me with a few options on how to cool my house and along with a detailed proposal that was in line with the others i had received.  Although i decided to move forward with another vendor John was a true professional.   I hope i made the right decision!  I would definitely recommend him to others.

it went perfectly with no hitches/ IF he, himself, didn't do the job, his men did/ everything was clean and neat/ they did not have to return for something that wasn't working properly!
