They did a great job.  Very professional.  Asked if we wanted any pattern in the tile layout.  Put new trim up for us.  Really great job.

Dimitry is extremely hard working. He stayed late (hours past when most contractors would leave) until the job was finished. He also gave a great suggestion on the color of the grout as well as sealant He is very respectful and clean. We would definitely use him again for future tile installations and would recommend him to friends.

I was very frustrated. I thought this was a very good deal . I tried multiple attempts to get in contact with this service provider and there was never any responses.

I have sent multiple emails and left several voice mails over the last two weeks and I have not heard anything back from them.

Unresponsive to emails, phone calls and presumably Angie's list follow up. Their Big Deal offer may be a good value but they don't appear to have the staff to support the work offered.

Dmitry was very easy to work with.  He offered suggestions and was very professional.  The shower looks beautiful now.  He came to do the work on time each day, and he worked late into the night the last day of work.  I would definitely recommend him.

He came out, made an assessment and told me what to buy and then I had questions about what to buy and then never heard from him.  I have tried many times to get in touch with him.

My experience was very good. I was very happy with the work they did. He was very clean and neat. He was early for the appointment and he was very friendly. The quality of work was great and he explained everything he was going to do. The price was fantastic as well.

At best, we are procrastinators. It has been almost a year since Dmitri of Mitra Tiles agreed to remove the terrible fake wood floors, advertised as exotic Brazilian hardwood, in our new condo?s entrance hall, kitchen, and dining room and replace them with ceramic tiles.We had interviewed a couple of other tile companies before Dmitir. But, we knew he was the one after seeing his portfolio and realizing that he was more than a man who installed tile floors. Dmitri is a designer and a creative artist who takes great pride in his work. He scheduled 10 days to finish the job but found he needed a couple more days to give us the kind of floors we wanted. We had selected 8 1/2 inch square Saltillo Ceramic Tiles. Saltillo tiles are a terra-cotta hand-made tile from Mexico and are sun-dried quarried clay using a wooden frame. They are known to be one of the more    difficult tiles to work with. Dmitir designed our floors using a different pattern in each room and he created a beautiful border by cutting the tiles in geometric shapes. It was genius! We?ve had nothing but compliments on our beautiful floors and wanted to finally write a strongly recommended review of his work. We should apologize to Dmitri for having taken so long to acknowledge him and Mitra Tiles.

Demitry was quick to call and schedule installation and came on time as he indicated..All work was done carefully and work area was thorougly cleaned on completion...the pattern he chose to lay the tile was excellent and I will be using him again in the very near future..

He came back on April 9th and did the job, he showed up around 4 p.m. as promised and left around 8 p.m. as promised due to my work schedule. He installed the wire mesh on the fireplace and then installed the stone, he cut the stone outside at first but then it ended up raining so he finished his cutting in my basement and cleaned up everything he did. The stone came out perfect, the stone came in16"x 6" slabs, he wasn't happy how it was sitting so he individually cut each stone and stacked it so it did not look manufactured. It came out beautiful, my wife was extremely happy and that was all that mattered. We used Dmitriy before on our kitchen backsplash and I still get compliments to this day.

Never get a call back for appointment for 4 months, always told me that he will call me back and never happened.
