Joe and the team at Imperial did a great job turning my damp, dark basement into a great space for my kids and their friends to enjoy. The job had several challenging components that they easily overcame, including: adding a steel header to meet code, tying the sludge pump for a new bathroom into a difficult-to-access vent stack, routing a drain line for a mini-split AC system, custom-fitting butcher block countertops around a column, and custom-building a sliding barn door for my work room (I didn't have the height to use a standard door). Pricing was competitive and I knew I could trust the crew to work in my home when I wasn't around. Joe included the painting as part of the job which saved me the hassle of doing it myself.

Unfortunately we did not have too many positive experiences with this company. The main problem is they installed egress windows and after several rain storms they leaked. The company said they fixed it and completed the job. After a major rainstorm the windows leaked again and it is now under the floors they installed.

They did spectacular work, paying attention to all the details we asked for, and we are very pleased!
