They were to my house within 1 hour of my initial call, the workers were professional and knew what was needed. They dug up my over flow, air rated the bottom and put in chemical in it. They back filled both covers with out me having to ask. Excellent experience would recommend and use again. They turned a bad situation into a pleasant one.

The job went very well. The crew was on time and very professional. They made sure the job was done correctly and that the system was working properly. The price was affordable. It went well. Since it was a non emergency, I scheduled them to come over two days after my phone call since I had that day off. They told me they would show up at 7:45 am, and they were at my house at exactly 7:45 am! They were a two member crew and they found the cesspool cover rather quickly. They opened it up and confirmed it was full. They noted the pipe leading up to my cover from the main cesspool was a small diameter, so they replaced it with a bigger diameter pipe and gave me a new cover at no additional charge.. The cover replacement was metal so it would be easy to find with a metal detector should I need to service the cesspool in the future. The were very polite and professional and gave me a discount.on the price since I mentioned I hired them from seeing them on Angie's List. I was satisfied with the job and would hire them again.

It went great! Dan came over the next day and gave his honest opinion and said he felt it wasn't a safety hazard. And I could just put some dirt over the dip instead of robbing my money from me. Really nice and professional guy would totally use him again!

Although there were some problems with access and soil quality, Dan handled the problems in a professional manner. He returned a second time and installed the drywell to our satisfaction. We have already recommended him to others. He responded quickly to our original inquiry as well as all subsequent contacts.

Excellent - Dan surmised that the cesspool itself was not the problem but a pipe from the cesspool to the house needed to be replaced. Within an house of this discovery, a bobcat was at my house. The bushes that had to be removed were replanted - you would never know that anything was dug up. What could be an unpleasant situation was made very easy to deal with by Dan Pazienza Cesspool Service.

Dan does excellent work.  He is professional and knows the specifications and codes.  I had several tight constraints with layout and elevation and Dan worked with me to get to the best solution.

My cesspool was overflowing and had been pumped several times over several years. I decided to resolve the issue permantely and arranged for an estimate. Dan, the owner, personally came onsite, was on time,  and provided an written estimate. He explained various options. I had many physical obstacles in the location, together we decided on the best approach. There was no high pressure sales, very low key and informative. 
Several days later, I decided to hire his company, called and scheduled the work. He and his team again arrived precisely on schedule, and worked diligently through the day to complete the job. They went above and beyond to move fencing, rip out an old large patio to get the heavy equipment to the location. Afterwards cleaned up all.
I am very happy with the outcome, would highly recommend.

Dan and his crew arrived the day before to pump out the old pools in preparation for the replacement work the next day.  Arrived the next and got to work excavating and backfilling the old pools.  Not only did they rake the dirt flat and advise me to wait until spring to cover with topsoil and seed due to settling, but the men laid the sprinkler lines out on the ground to help me run new lines to replace the ones that were damaged by the backhoe.  Sounds like a minor thing, but this will save a lot of time in getting my sprinklers working again (doing it myself!).
