CONCRETE CONCEPTS OF NJ INC

Description of Work: I'm just reporting my experience and have not contracted for the work. I had two contractors recommend contacting this company because of their expertise. Upon visiting their showroom, clearly they know what they are doing. However - I called and asked for an appointment for someone to view my backyard / pool area because I had 4 contractors visit and only one gave me a price for replacing the pool deck. The price was $25,000 which I told the person answering the phone was simply out of my price point. I was told they begin at $5,000. which was fine because I was expecting a price of about $18,000. The day of the appointment arrived with no phone call of confirmation. I called the office and was told that it hadn't been confirmed; however, the owner of the company came to my home that afternoon. He of course was very professional and polite. He took measurements and told me I would have a quote the next day. I received a phone call message at home that the least expensive was $23,700 for the job and he realized that I had told him that I could not afford $25,000. I was still interested in what that amount of money would buy. I left THREE voice mail messages. Two for the owner and one in the general mailbox over the next few days. Asking kindly if I could be told what that amount of money would get me. To this day - I have NOT received a phone call. Additionally, I brought my 85 year old mother in to the showroom because she is in need of redoing her pool deck. Unlike me - she could afford it but the company was not told that information. She choose the work she was interested in - and also TO THIS DAY she has not received a phone call or any message to follow up on the business. VERY dissappointing service. All I can imagine is that building Yankee Stadium is much more lucrative than doing residential projects and they don't need the work. I hope this is useful.
