HAPPY WITH THE TYPE OF WINDOWS THAT THEY REPLACED IN MY HOME. FIRST THEY SANDED THE WOOD ON THE WINDOW PANE BEFORE REPLACING THE WINDOWS. I REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS NICE OF THEM TO PAINT AROUND THE PANES BEFORE PLACING THE WINDOWS IN.
