Ameer came as promised, quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it in minutes. The cost was very reasonable and he didn't do what wasn't necessary just to make extra money. The cost of the service call was applied to the repair. I would use this company again in a NY minute.

Ameer was amazing - friendly and professional. He arrived early, had the part that was needed for my fridge, and was finished within 20 minutes. I had initially requested a day off from work to prepare for the appointment, but was thrilled it wasn't even needed. Would definitely use Dynamic again.

Excellent. Ameer came promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and had the necessary replacement part After putting in the new part, he saw my drain hoses were in bad shape. He went out to buy replacements, came back & installed these. Washer works perfectly now

They came as soon as they could. They replaced three burners immediately, last burners needed parts ordered. They repaired each quickly and efficiently and were extremely pleasant and professional.

As stated, Ameer was excellent and I have decided that Dynamic will be used for all repairs in the future.

The experience was great. They arrived within an hour of my call, replaced the igniter within 10 minutes, and were off. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

It was hard to find the replacement part for the electronics for the oven because the manufacturer had discontinued making the part I needed, but after I called around many parts suppliers I found one part in a similar color, bisque instead of white, which I ordered, and the mechanic, Ameer, came promptly and installed the part. He also installed new parts on my dryer and it works silently now.

They are fantastic. Tonya was very courteous over the phone when I made an appointment. They were very accommodating. Ameer was on time and I was late. Luckily my mother was at home to let him in. He knew exactly what the problem was when he came. By the time I arrived at home, the refrigerator was fixed. I felt bad because he had to move the refrigerator by himself in order to fix it. I had wanted to clean the fridge and the surrounding area first before he serviced it. My mother said he swept out the dirt from underneath the fridge before he serviced the fridge. Ameer was very friendly and personable. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.

It went very well! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful, and got Ameer the technician over to my apartment within a day of my calling (after a snow storm, no less). He quickly assessed the situation and helped me to place an order for the part. In a few days, they received the part, then promptly came and installed it and now my dishwasher works perfectly. Repair was made promptly, politely & professionally. The company responded very quickly & the service technician, Ameer, was very conscientious, competent & efficient.

Ameer was very punctual (Dynamic called about 1/2 hour before he came over), very professional and very personable. I am embarrassed to say, after reading the manual (which did not mention troubleshooting this problem) , Ameer saw it immediately, explained it clearly and it was working in no time.
