This is wonderful small business where owner does the work with assistant. Carpet shined after they were done. On time. Fair price. Great customer service. Very happy

They are good. They were so around doing their thing, and they were very nice. It's a small business, but they are professional, and did a good job.

I was pleased with their services and would use them again.

Everything looks absolutely wonderful. I was impressed by one of the quotes from someone else who had used them. He does not use the vacuum with the hot steam, he uses water and sprays something on the rugs. They do get wet but not as wet as other companies get them. It was very good. It took it less than a day to dry. The house is old but there is stuff that he can't do. Yes, it has weird patterns, and yes, the padding is going but cleaning isn't going to change that. They send reminder cards, and they will come out and clean high traffic areas, or if I spill something, not just the entire area. It was wonderful. I have a geriatric cat, and I know that I can call him if she would start peeing upstairs and he would work wonders I'm sure.

The company uses high tech cleaning equipment, so the carpet is not soaked nor does it leave a residue. The furniture can be placed back on the carpet within 2 hours of completion. The cleaning solutions are not harmful to pets. Bill is the carpet cleaner for me. He arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner.

VIP Cleaning were recommended to us 10 years ago by the store we bought our new carpet at. He gets pet stains and odors out of the carpet. He's wonderful, can't say enough good about him, he is the owner of the business.

I have used VIP Cleaning and Carpet Service for many years. I have recommended them to many friends. Their cleaning is excellent. They use a cleaning method that allows us back on the carpet within an hour. I really like that. I would not use anyone else.
