+ -1 moreJob went very well. Turned out to be more work than originally anticipated because two layers of old shingles were uncovered. Contractor took this in his stride. Additional charge for extra work was very reasonable. Particularly impressed with his clean up of the work area including sweeping for scrap nails with a magnetic sweep.
Description of Work: Stripped old shingles from two areas of roof and replaced with new shingles. Replacement included new vents and ice shield. Contractor also installed de-icing wires to help eliminate a long-standing icing problem in winter. Removed old shingles and debris. Cleaned area thoroughly when finished Contractor included 10-year warranty on work quality.
