Job went very well. Turned out to be more work than originally anticipated because two layers of old shingles were uncovered. Contractor took this in his stride. Additional charge for extra work was very reasonable.
Particularly impressed with his clean up of the work area including sweeping for scrap nails with a magnetic sweep.
