From the first visits to the showroom, to the last interaction with staff - all were extremely attentive and professional. Appointments were kept on time and quotes were inclusive (no surprises). Installation guys were respectful of our home and left it as they found it. I was particularly impressed by the calm and competent demeanor of the two men that came out to the house to do the installation. Although it wasn't an easy job, I never heard any grumbling or foul language. We had one minor glitch during the process, which Countryside Stove and Chimney resolved immediately to our complete satisfaction.

From our very first visit to their store to the last day of the renovation, Keith and his crew were very professional and efficient. Keith listened to us when we told him what we wanted and he drew up plans. We agreed on the design, and then we chose all of the elements including face plate and the tile for the hearth. On the agreed upon date, Keith's crew arrived on time. They worked every day all day until the job was finished. At the end of every day, they cleaned the area, and when the work was completed, I didn't have even a speck of plaster dust to clean up. They were professional, efficient, and very courteous. I couldn't possibly have asked for more. When they were finished, they made sure that we knew how to care for our new fireplace and how to operate it safely. I/we are thrilled with our new gas fireplace and the cabinetry that was built just for us!

iCorey and Jason were punctual and professional.  They  arrived within the stated time and were respectful of our property.  They explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions.  When the work was completed they explained the operation of the gas insert fireplace and cleaned up, which was minimal.  From the salesman, Dave ,to Corey and Jason it was a pleasant experience.

The installers were extremely pleasant, neat and professional. After installing the new stove they took the time to

thoroughly explain its operations and cleaning requirements. After approximately 3 weeks, the stove began to make

a strange sound and ceased to operate. The owner, Keith, personally came to our home the following day and changed a faulty

motor. I don't believe that anyone could expect better customer service and it's the reason we have been loyal Countryside Stove

customers for more than 15 years.

Their installers were on time and professional. They were neat and clean. Covered all of our rugs and moved furniture to make sure there was no damage. Did a perfect install job. Our existing stone work was in perfect condition when they were finished. In fact they grouted an area, where they had to remove our old flu handle, so well it took me 2 weeks to figure out that there was once a handle there. I can't say enough about the great job they did and how well everything was handled.
Would do business there again in a heart beat. Would HIGHLY recommend them. Amazing service amazing business owner. Knows his products and leaves you feeling comfortable that you make good choices based on factual information about his product lines.
We were so impressed with Kieth and his product knowledge that we decided not to shop price, but just to buy from him. Signed the paperwork and left deposit that day and have never regretted doing so.
Have had unit in place and been burning firewood for about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier.

They were good and I didn't have any issues with them.

Having just purchased my house this year, I had them come out to inspect the fireplace for me. They replaced the gas starter for me, and they were on time and professional. I called them about 3 weeks before the service date to schedule and was originally told they wouldn't be able to get me in until the end of October, but they went out of their way to find me an appointment earlier in the schedule.

The price was fair. We ended up installing it ourselves. I thought it was expensive for them to put it in.

I looked at 4 different local retailers when shopping for the insert that would work best for me. Countryside has some great videos on YouTube that are a basic virtual tour of the showroom. I really liked this as I knew the drive to Holland would be worth the time. When I got there I was immediately greeted by a salesman who listened to what I was in the market for, then showed me the units that would meet my needs. He was very helpful, not pushy or high pressure, and had a great balace of being around to answer questions without hovering over me. The sales experience was very pleasant. After visiting Countryside, I shopped around for a couple of more weeks before putting in my order. During this time, Countryside came to my house to verify there would not be any surprises with the insert installation should I decide to purchase from them. When I put in my order I paid the $100 deposit. I paid the rest once the job was done. It meant a lot to me that they completed the job to my satifaction before having to pay. The installers that showed up were excellent. They showed me where they were going to be connecting the wiring and the gas. They showed me where they put in the emergency shut off valve for the gas. They cleaned up after themselves. After the installation was complete they went over all of the controls for the fireplace with me to verify that I knew how to work everything. We turned it on and off a few times, adjusted the flame, adjusted the blower. They also pointed out the maintenence section in the owners manual. I was also very impressed with how professional and POLITE the installers were.

They were prompt, courteous and clean. They were efficient and on time. Everything is good.

We have used Country Side for at least 15 years and they are very meticulous at our home. They lay out large cloth tarps and never come in with shoes on. Dirt is never found anywhere. They are just an excellent company. I cannot speak more highly of them.

Country Side did a great job of helping us pick out the right stove and installing it. It went great, and they never left a mess.
