David Wilcox is the owner and has been an integral part of the Upstate Central New York Community for over 3 decades- His personal experience of building homes gives him vast knowledge in helping homeowners permanently correct their issues with basement seepage, crawlspace encapsulation and foundation repair. "Company originally completed a 57' drainage system for customer 2/21/2003. Customer asked to make payments every 2 weeks until paid in full which company agreed to. 12 years after drainage installed company was contacted 10/21/15 by customer to assist with cleaning out drainage, our company rep was sent out the next day 10/22/15 to assist with flushing out. Our rep was going to flush the drainage- using a hose to flush out any sediment or built up debris (this system was not maintained as recommended for 12 years). Customer declined rep to flush the system- that he already did, and was having Roto-rooter come out with a camera to look at drainage. On 10/23/15 customer asked if company would install a free access port for additional spot for clean out, was told the owner of the company would contact him. 10/26/15 customer called again- said waiting for cb from owner- owner was ill for several weeks with the flu, office relayed to customer & told him would have owner cb as soon as was better. The office sent an invoice for our representative's stop- no payment was ever made. 11/2/15-owner spoke to customer: no water on floor, no seepage anywhere, roto-rooter blasted high pressure through system (owner of company told customer not a good idea as can displace stone-bed), customer drilled holes in sump liner to drain water into it all the time-owner explained this will drain the stone-bed too and water will run out of the system & into the stone. Explanation of how the system was installed and how it works was reviewed with customer. Customer feels an issue with drainage that was installed 12 years ago-because water wasn't flowing through it now. Company was never contacted prior to this about any issues or concerns with the system installed. We worked with the customer to help him financially pay for the install and responded immediately when contacted with a need. Our company stands by our work, and we are responsive if any concerns or issues arise giving feedback and suggestions."
