I HAVE CONTACTED THE LARGE ONLINE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES BY PHONE AND E-MAIL. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED THE CRAZY PIRATE AT LEAST THREE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. i HAVE LEFT MESSAGES ON THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I CALLED THE LARGE ONLINE COMPANY AGAIN THIS AM, THEY JUST KEEP TELLING ME TO KEEP ON TRYING TO CONTACT THE CRAZY PIRATE AGAIN AND THEY WILL MAKE A RECORD OF IT. THE LARGE ONLINE COMPANY APPEARS TO BE PASSING THE RESPONSIBILITY TO ME, AND APPEARS NOT TO BE INTERESTED IN HELPING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT THE LARGE ONLINE COMPANY USES, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIVE IN HELPING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
Description of Work: I had ordered an electronic hand held game through a large online store who uses this company on 12/19/09. I PAID AN ADDITIONAL POSTAGE TO HAVE IT ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS. The game that I ordered was a pro sudoka game hand held.. They sent me the wrong game instead, a flash game was sent.
