SRP Painting & Renovations

I hired SRP Painting and Renovations to paint the living room, foyer, bathroom hallway, and bedroom I am appalled that Home Advisor would have this company listed as a CERTIFIED PRO and mislead consumers that this company IS CERTIFIED. 1. To begin, they were supposed to caulk ALL four of the widows in my home. THREE OUT OF FOUR WINDOWS WERE CAULKED and PAINTED. 2. The incorrect roller was used as now I have an Orange Peel result on my walls. 3. They were hired to SKIM COAT my bathroom hallway---ONLY HALF OF THE CEILING IS SKIM COATED. Skim coating when done correctly leaves the area as new. SRP work left pinholes on my wall and did not sand down the spackling on the wall. 4. The entrance to my kitchen has an area that was previously spackled. Instead of correcting this area, they painted over the imperfection 5. Paint on ceiling 6. Paint drips due to non-existent knowledge of how to paint with a roller. 7. Cracks in walls were not repaired as you can see f

Spiro has done work for us at home and in our businesses. He is nothing but professional, courteous, and an excellent craftsman. Helped my wife pick out colors that she absolutely loves. Helped design millwork (moldings, crown moldings, base moldings) that complimented his stellar paint work. Even skim coated our first floor ceilings to even match the new extension we built. We hired SRP (Spiro) after interviewing three other painting contractors. Spiro proved our decision was a good one. His quoted price was reasonable. He started work on the day he promised and showed up with a crew. They finished on time. The work was high quality. He was a delightful fellow to work with. It is clear that he enjoys what he does and is very knowlegable of various painting projects and how to apply them. I have already recommended SRP and Spiro to friends. I would definetly work with him again.

Everything about this encounter was really good. Spiro came himself within a day and gave us a thorough inspection of our home for exterior painting. SRP Painting and Renovations completed the job of painting the complete interior of our home. Spiro and his team were efficient, neat, courteous, professional and are experts in what they do. In addition, his price was reasonable for the job. They were prompt every day, and diligent in thoroughly cleaning up our home each day at the completion of their work. They meticulously put everything back including furniture, pictures on the wall, curtain rods, blinds etc. and left our house in the same condition they found it, only more beautifully painted. From the beginning till the completion of the job SRP was great! All the questions was answered in timely and cooperative manner. They started and completed the job as promised ( on time)!! Spiro and his crew painted the exterior of my cedar shake ranch house. They did a wonderful job, they were fast, paid attention to details and did some extra things without nickel and diming me. The house looks beautiful!!!! His team has now started a project in my semi finished basement which includes framing the pipes, additional sheetrocking, staining the fireplace and painting and spackling the room. So far the framing is almost completed and looks great. Can’t wait to see the whole room completed. I would definitely use his company again!!
