Pool and Spa Servicing
They treated my family rudely. Were seldom on time and never punctual. Throughout the 2 weeks to complete the pool, trash was left throughout the yard. Pool installed in July, by the end of August I noticed the steps were not level. I notified the company in September. Frustrated with literally no response from the company I contacted the BBB in January. I followed up with a County Consumer Affairs Complaint. Shortly after this complaint, Rainbow pools contacted me and wanted to 'make it right". Here it is mid-June and they have finally leveled the steps. So if you don't mind waiting 9 months for them to fix their mistake on your $18,000 pool, by all means use Rainbow.

RAINBOW POOLS DOES A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND SHOW UP PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
