Perfect 10

We did not really have any complaints about the sprinklers. He then put in a concrete patio. He didn't estimate the concrete accurately so midway through the job he asked for more money to complete the patio. He cut down a tree in our backyard but never removed it. He needed to level out the land in the backyard in order to put in the stone walkway so he had to have dirt delivered. It was delivered and dumped onto our neighbor's property! Only 3/4 of it was moved into our backyard before we never saw him again so we had to transport the rest of it to the backyard ourselves. He was paid in full (our mistake) and never did the stone walkway at all. After MANY calls and false promises the job was never finished. We even had the guy who delivered the dirt come to our house looking for him because he never paid him for the dirt!
