Paul was the quickest to respond to our inquiry, gave a fair quote and more importantly gave us great advice on our home improvement project. We loved how Paul sent us detailed emails as to what was happening when in relation to the project so everyone was on the same page and the project was completed on time. We appreciate the great communication, it was clear and consistent throughout. We highly recommend Paul and plan on using his services again soon!

These people are theives!!! They quoted me over $ 1200 to replace all these parts that were "special Italian Parts" . After calling another plumber he fixed the problem, (it was a fuse) for $129.00. They also broke a piece that I now have to replace. Thankfully I found an honest plumber. It certainly is not Paul's way!!!

Just amazing communication, response time, professionalism. Pauls Way responded right away and was willing to work with the proper pictures to provide an accurate quote. This is an important aspect of operation for my wife and I since most of our communication is streamlined with e-mails. The price was at or below the competitors', and availability was extremely accommodating. Owner himself confirmed the appointment after the job was accepted, showed up ahead of schedule, and was extremely neat, clean, respectful of the property. He got the job done in less time than expected but spent the extra time to make sure the job was done right. And it was. Picture-perfect pipe replacement. Couldn't be happier and will be looking his way again in the future.

Paul arrived the same day I called and I was so happy that I didn't have to wait to fix the leak. He had all his tools, fixed my problem and explained what was wrong. He found I had a clog in one of the pipes in the wall and said he did not do drain cleaning but recommended a company and called them for me and they are due to come tonight to fix the problem. Very satisfied.

Things went smoother than what I thought it would be. I explained what I was looking for and my anxieties behind this type of project and he delivered. After receiving several estimates, their estimate was fair and more detailed than others. My house was respected, floors covered & cleaned up after themselves. Would rehire again for another project.

Paul Is the one of the most honest plumbers I have ever met, He also fixed what another NON-Licensed plumber attempted to fix and was very knowledgeable about everything he worked on and did a great job!!! He runs a clean work site and most immortally everything looks better and the Heat works now that Paul and his crew helped me and my family.
