"Hi you wrote us a F review for a service performed on 11/24. We just checked our system we were at your house on 11/9 for a clogged main line. We cleared your line that night for you. Had you run all water showing it’s clear, you than paid us for work. We than showed you that you had roots growing into line from a tree outside and your pipe is needing to be replaced. You than called us on 11/24 (2 weeks later) I remember speaking to you myself and stated we never cleared your line. We offered to come back and repair broken pipe for you so this issue doesn’t reoccur and you and give you a discount since this is not your fault or ours and said “if we do not fix it for free there will be consequences” your accusation that we did not solve the issue is false and we have don’t nothing but response to initial call for you prompt and also try to help you with issue but was not good enough to your liking."
